Should it be necessary to remove your PC to our workshop for further investigation or repair, no further charges will be imposed on you and we will endeavour to return your PC to you within 24 to 48 hrs at a time suitable to you.

CompuTech Systems Ltd have state of the art diagnostic hardware and software tools at our disposal and also stock an array of replacement components. In the event of a part not being in stock, we can source any component from our trade partners and take delivery within 24 to 48 hrs. You can rest assured that your PC will be returned to you with a full report of the remedial steps taken to repair your PC faster than many other Fly-By-Night operators in the market.

No Fix, No Fee - This applies if we are unable to fully diagnose and repair the reported fault. If the fault is diagnosed and explained to you, and you then do not wish to proceed with repair, you will remain liable for the fees incurred up to that point.
