ORDERING ONLINE

• Choose the item(s) you wish to order.
• Click the Buy link in order to drop the item into the shopping basket.
• Complete the "Express Checkout" section.
• Click "Proceed to Payment". You will be connected to an encrypted SSL line and from this point, all details will be sent securely.
• Follow on screen directions.
• A confirmation of of your order will be e-mailed by return.

SECURITY

Orders placed using the secure ordering Buy buttons are encrypted to protect your credit card and personal details. Please do not send any credit/debit card details by email as this is not secure.

DELIVERY

Once your order is placed and processed, an email will arrive containing a download link and installation instructions. This takes approximately 24 - 48 hours, but is generally much quicker than this.

PAYMENT

Your card will be charged as soon as your order is placed with licence delivery via email usually within 3 - 5 minutes. We accept payment by:

VISA, VISA Electron, VISA Delta, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Solo and Electron, American Express, PayPal and Nochex. We make no surcharges for payment by credit card via the internet.

CURRENCY POLICY

We charge for our goods in UK Sterling. If your order is from outside of the UK. Your card issuer will convert the charge to your own currency.

VAT

Prices shown exclude UK VAT which is charged at the preailing rate. VAT will be charged on all UK sales and EC sales if a VAT Number is not given. If you are EU vat registered please advise your registration number when placing order.

YOUR DETAILS

In order to process your order we will store the details you send. From time to time we may send you details of offers and updates by post or email. We will not pass on your details to third parties. If you wish to be removed from our mailing list. please advise us by phone/fax/letter or e-mail and we will confirm deletion by return.

LICENCE ABUSE

ESET software is licenced per computer. Our Update Servers will monitor licence usage. If a licence is found to download the same signature more times than the licenced quantity over a period of time the licence will be cancelled and removed from update servers. ESET software will cease to update. No refund will be given

RETURNS POLICY

We will deal with any matters arising from your order promptly and with courtesy. In the unlikely event of your being unhappy with the goods supplied we will offer a replacement or full refund but would ask that the items involved are returned within 30 days in good condition.
